Vow Renewal at Aspen Colorado Maroon Bells

To celebrate their 10th wedding anniversary, Ashtyn and Tony had planned the trip of a lifetime to Japan. Due to the unfortunate events surrounding COVID, that was no longer possible so they adjusted their plans. Instead they chose a place closer to home, the beautiful Maroon Bells of Aspen Colorado. Ashtyn and Tony renewed their vows on the exact day of their 10th wedding anniversary, this time joined by their adorable daughter. 

We woke up early in the morning and drove to the Maroon Bells before sunrise. When we arrived we walked up the ceremony location being helped by the moonlight, and saw as the landscape slowly revealed itself with the rising of the sun. Ashtyn and Tony chose to exchange their vows during the alpenglow, just as the sun began to hit the mountain peaks in the background. 

During their exchange of vows, Ashtyn and Tony remembered their journey and all they’ve experienced together up to this point in their lives. They remembered the grief and sorrow with the loss of their two babies in heaven, and celebrated the joy of welcoming their rainbow baby on earth.

We believe a commitment of love doesn’t only have to be celebrated once on a wedding day. It’s also important to celebrate the important milestones and growth in a relationship.
