Engagement Session / Surprise Proposal at Rocky Mountain National Park
Leo and Madison traveled to Colorado from Texas to celebrate their dating anniversary. They spent a few days exploring Rocky Mountain National Park, and planned a photo session during their time there. When Leo reached out to us, he told us he wanted to surprise his girlfriend with an engagement ring during their session. We were of course super excited to capture this special moment for them!
Rocky Mountain National Park has so many beautiful landscapes ideal for an engagement session. During the planning process, we helped them find a specific location within the park that fit what they were looking for. We were able to find a lake with a breathtaking view of mountain peaks in the background.
Leo and Madison were a very adventurous couple, and willing to take a longer hike to reach this destination. When we finally reached the lake we had to take a moment to simply take in the view before us. We are so happy to have been able to capture this emotional moment.
The Rocky Mountains in Colorado are one of our favorite places within the state. It’s also a great elopement destination for couples wanting to elope in the mountains. We can’t wait to be back in these beautiful mountains and capture more unique love stories.
